I have a 1997 Club Car DS. I can"nt get the charger to come on. I have tried the bypass procedure and resetting the OBC per instructions in this forumn with no results. I checked the voltage at the charging plug and get 37 volts ( this is a 48 volt system) and checked the fuse coming out of the plug and it looks OK.
