you can farm it at the darkthirst dominion from the varkid raid boss good thing is it drops the same possible rolls for every mayhem level so best way to farm it quickly is to go to mayhem 5 kill the main boss ignore the second one after you killed the first one you travel back to the start of the map and do it again this way you ...Beyond that I think it's completely random. Would be nice if the random selection were weighted to have a higher chance of weapons you haven't used recently. More runs since last use of a weapon -> progressively higher chance of dark thirst.
