Concerned about thumb spasm / twitch. So here's a new one for me. Although my main concern for the last 4 months is about my right hand (collapsing joints, which *might* be related to muscle weakness, and an overall stiff feeling that doesn't disappear), my left thumb sometimes moves a little bit due to minor twitches.
