Somewhat late answer, but for the PC players out there, you can un-retire players. Download and install the MyFranchise Tool from the Madden Modding Community discord and under the Players tab you'll find the list of retired players. Click on the player there you want to un-retire, then click on Actions and there is an option to un-retire them.Madden 24 franchise mode missing players.
