With the orange paint I thought it might be an Allis-Chalmers. There are no data plates or decals on the disc for identification.Later 7000 series tractors with the gravity flow fuel supply from the bottom of the tank can be restricted were the hose connects to the filter base. There is an adapter and a 90 degree elbow at the lower corner of the base. This creates a bit of a bottle neck that can restrict fuel flow if there is debris in there.So as long as your front end you are looking at has the same same bolts you will be fine. Manual says to tighten that nut 20 inch pounds more than turning torque. Mine checked out at 185 inch pounds turning, so I tightened it down until it went to 205 to 210 inch pounds.
