I can power on the controller and operate the plow, and a few seconds later the controller shuts off and i have to hit the power button again to turn the controller back on.Winter can be a challenging season, especially for those who live in areas with heavy snowfall. The motor operates has a low\side switched unit, in other words it has 12 volt all the time and the controller provides a ground path. The hi beams on the plow quit working. I have hi beams on the truck when the plow is plugged in. Everyelse works good. The only thing with the hi beams not working is that the parking lights are off on the plow also.3 Check the motor relay (aka solenoid) large lugs. The "always hot" lug should have a large red wire and a smaller red/green wire. This small wire feeds the isolation module, the plow lights and the handheld controller.
