Well, MUL-T abuses the f*ck out of them. MUL-T is blessed with the best attack speed in the game with his auto-nail gun, although, the proc coefficient is decreased to .4, meaning he procs 40% less with every item. I've really hit a wall here, I've been trying to get these characters for like 30 hours of gameplay. Extra Spoilery: I do have Nemesis Enforcer, he spawned after the Mithrix fight by the ship, but that was part of the Enforcer mod and I got him before getting Starstorm 2. I'm talking about Nemesis Commando and Nemesis Mercenary.Build on-death items, and CDR stuff so you can simply spam your R as much as possible. On-kill items are strong on him, not so much On-hit. The DoT doesn't proc on-hit items (except for the initial hit/bounce to each enemy) so you want to stack items like Gasoline, Will-o-Wisps, Ceremonial dagger if you're lucky with drops.Artificer Guide Risk of Rain 2.
