Hello I’m wanting to take magnesium glycinate for my anxiety and sleep because threonate worked for me but it’s way to expensive. What brands of glycinate do you guys recommend on Amazon? I’m seeing a bunch with junk in them. I found nature bell and deal supplement but I’m just wanting to check here first.
