All shots would be the same. I believe the P226 will be smoother shooting due to the added weight (all metal vs polymer). Try to pick a P226 with a SRT trigger. The MK25 is really nice and comes with 3 magazines. Unfortunately, it does not have the SRT trigger. It could be upgraded fairly easily. Maybe the internal dimensions are diferetn if you compare a MK25 to a P226 40/357 becuase the MK25 is only 9mm but I don;t belive the external slide thickness is any different. The rail that is on the MK25 is different than any other I believe I'd be inclined to go with the Legion. It sort of nestles in my hand like it was made for me, and, although I LOVE the MK25, I believe the Legion would be a bit more pleasurable to shoot.
