I have the same exact setup as you. EXACTLY. I'd recommend you to enable Performance Boost Overdrive in the BIOS and also enable the Curve Optimizer. Set it to All Core, Optimizer Sign to Negative, and start with a value of 20 and see if you can get away with more via stress testing.It's not clear what GFX CO Value does right now and I don't have an APU.
